Spring at last
Almost summer actually. I've been busy lately and my internet sucks, so sorry for not posting much lately. Looking forward to seeing the family soon.

I can see why you like Vermont.
Just finished with the boat haul out. Zincs were about 90% consumed so the timing was about right. Put in new thru hull valves, a bear of a job; new alternator etc. Had a great trip back to Blaine from Bellingham. was only down to 3 knts where the wind is blocked by Lummi Island, rest of the trip 5-6knts with several touches of 7knts. Broad reach and wing on wing, actually feel asleep at the wheel and the boat still did great, no unexpected jibes.
Could tell you we dodged a blue whale, fought off sharks and it would all be a lie.
We are back in Tonasket. Came home via the No. Cascades hiway. there happened to be some classic ride over the pass. Lots of folks worken hard over the passes.
